How Services Work

Getting started with services is simple, and we offer a few different ways to begin based on what works best for you. We provide mental health assessments with no appointment necessary, available in person or via Zoom. To request an assessment you can:

• Visit our Access to Care department at 131 S. Division, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Call 509.838.4651, Extension 012082
• Fill out our online referral form by clicking the “Start Services Here” button on our main page or clicking here

Once your intake assessment is complete, we’ll connect you with services that best meet your needs. You’ll work with a provider to create a personalized treatment plan with goals, strategies, and supports designed just for you.
