Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid is an eight-hour course taught by Frontier Behavioral Health’s nationally certified instructors.

At this time, we offer Adult Mental Health First Aid training only. The course teaches the public how to recognize symptoms of mental illness, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate treatments and other supports.

A non-refundable fee of $40 per participant includes a training manual and lunch

• Participants must complete the 8-hour course to receive a certificate valid for three years
